Asking prices shooting up 7% a MONTH in some parts of London

Asking prices are rising more than 7% a MONTH in some London boroughs.

In Brent, property website Rightmove said prices have gone up 7.9% in a month, with Camden and Haringey are seeing 7.5% and 7.1% rises respectively.

Meanwhile, average London house prices are expected to top £700,000 by 2020 – up 54%.
