The team at First Time Buyer Magazine is celebrating success at the 2020 Property Press Awards, as the publication has been awarded Consumer Magazine of the Year.

The prestigious property awards, which were organised by social networking platform Property4Media, held a virtual awards ceremony on Monday 30th November. The awards celebrate the property sector’s best journalistic achievements over the last year. One of three shortlisted publications for the Consumer Magazine of the Year category, First Time Buyer Magazine beat rivals Abode2 and Moneywise to secure the highly coveted accolade.

The panel of judges viewed three editions of First Time Buyer Magazine, which was assessed on criteria judging how compelling, informed, and interesting the copy is, as well as how information is conveyed to the publication’s target audience.

Lynda Clark, Editor of First Time Buyer Magazine said, “What an incredible achievement for all of us at First Time Buyer Magazine, and what a fantastic way to finish such a long year. I couldn’t be prouder! We all work very hard to provide invaluable support to aspirational homebuyers and help our readers make informed homebuying decisions.

“This year, more than ever, people are making life changing decisions and for many this has meant buying their first home. I hope that our advice from many of our experts within the industry has gone some way to help them take their first steps on their own homebuying journey.”

First Time Buyer Magazine is the first on the shelf magazine dedicated to aspirational homeowners. Published bi-monthly in print with online support, the magazine provides up-to-date news and information about the world of first time homebuying, featuring interviews, home buyer experiences, useful advice, and affordable new homes and developments.
